Cut Options

- Breast – Bone-In — more flavour, great for roasting
- Thighs – Boneless & Skinless — juicy and forgiving, hard to overcook
- Thighs – Bone-In, Skin-On — the most flavourful option, perfect for roasting or braising

Cooking Methods
- Grill — breast: 6–7 min per side on medium heat. Thighs: 7–8 min per side
- Pan Sear — medium-high heat with olive oil, finish in oven at 180°C for 10 min
- Oven Roast — thighs at 200°C for 35–40 min skin-side up for crispy skin
- Stir-Fry / Souvlaki — slice breast thin, cook fast on high heat
Butcher's tip: Thighs are more forgiving than breasts — if you're new to cooking chicken, start with thighs. They stay juicy even if you go a few minutes over.
