🔥 Cooking Methods

  • Grill / BBQ – High heat, 3–4 min per side for medium-rare. Let it rest 5 min before serving.
  • Pan Sear – Cast iron on high heat with butter, garlic & rosemary. Baste continuously.
  • Oven Roast – Sear first, then finish at 180°C for 10–15 min depending on thickness.
  • Sous Vide – 54°C for 1–4 hours, then sear for a perfect crust every time.

Tip from our butcher: Always bring your steak to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking for the best result.
