Our Sirloin is hand-selected from premium beef, trimmed with care and cut to order. Less marbled than the Ribeye but no less impressive — the Sirloin delivers a firm, satisfying bite with a deep, beefy flavour that holds up beautifully on the grill or in the pan.

Cooking Methods
- Grill / BBQ — high heat, 3–4 min per side for medium-rare, rest 5 min
- Pan Sear — cast iron on high heat with butter and thyme, baste continuously
- Oven Roast — sear first, finish at 180°C for 12–18 min depending on thickness
- Sous Vide — 56°C for 1–3 hours, then sear for a perfect crust
Butcher's tip: Sirloin benefits from a simple seasoning — coarse salt, cracked pepper, and a drizzle of good olive oil is all it needs.
